Dr. Pavlo Kasiyan has made it his mission to always strive for perfection in dentistry. He believes that truly great care begins with listening to each patient’s concerns and goals, and he dedicates himself to doing everything possible to help them achieve a healthy, confident smile. Tetyana Surmach is a highly skilled dental hygienist with over 18 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career in 2006 and went on to graduate from the College of Lake County with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010. Tetyana chose this profession because of her passion for oral health and its vital impact on overall well-being. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, confident smiles through compassionate care and personalized attention.
Nadiya
Nadiya brings over 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry and is dedicated to making every office visit a seamless and positive experience. She truly loves what she does and takes pride in supporting patients with compassion and care. As our Insurance and Treatment Plan Consultant and Financial Coordinator, she works closely with patients to help them understand their treatment options, maximize insurance benefits, and find solutions that fit their needs.

My name is Nataliya, and I bring both clinical knowledge and a caring approach to our dental team. I graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk University, where I was trained as a dental laboratory technician with a strong foundation in ceramics, 3D design, and dental anatomy.

Meet Dr. Pavlo Kasiyan
Dr. Kasiyan has made it his life mission to always strive for perfection. His eye to detail and ability to create a comfortable and stress-free environment is what sets him apart from others.
Dr. Kasiyan completed his doctorate at the Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He then continued his training and worked with veterans and completed a one-year GPR program at Jesse Brown VA Hospital in Chicago. There, he received extensive training on treating medically compromised patients with complex restorative needs. Areas that interest him the most are Fixed and Removal Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery and Implant dentistry.
